Updated Getting an account due to recent changes in Tulane Service Now.

    36 to request an account.  After logging in with your Tulane credentials, go to the Self-Service section and enter the Service Catalog. In the section "Cypress HPC", select "Cypress HPC Request" and fill out the form.
