Upated section Getting and Account due to recent overhaul in Tulane Service Now.

    13 to request an account.  After logging in with your Tulane credentials, go to the Self-Service section and enter the Service Catalog.  In the section  "Cypress HPC", select "Cypress HPC Request" and fill out the form.
